have the following;
1. Access to software updates, manuals, and error messages at www.reset.com.au
with a 'login'. Click here to Log In
2. Unlimited phone support
3. Unlimited phone training
4. Unlimited remote control support and training. (explained below)
5. Discounted onsite rate of $80/hr (Reduced from $120/hr),

us if you have current support with us but do not have or remember
your username and password for this website.
An extended form of phone support and training is
now available. You can download and install a program called UltraVNC which
is a free program. *Then with your permission we can remote control your computer whilst you view
our activity from your screen. This allows for quick and more responsive phone
support.

* This means that the connection is setup on your computer,
and only you (the customer) can initiate the connection. If you call Reset for
support or training and want to use remote control, Reset activates our VNC
server, then you (the customer) connect to OurVNC Server.(*note* We can only
see your computer. Not your entire network)
There is also a VPN option aswell. But we find the Ultra
VNC setup easier, and quicker to setup.
