On the phone with us? Grab Reset SOS.
Reset SOS is our remote support tool. Download it while you're talking to your technician, read them the 9-digit code, and they're looking at your screen in under a minute. No account, no install wizard, gone when the session ends.
- 01Download and run the file — no installation needed
- 02A 9-digit code appears on your screen
- 03Read the code to your technician — they take it from there

Two ways to get help
Most of what we do is software: pay rules that need changing, a payroll export that needs re-mapping after payroll changes, a report nobody can find, an upgrade that needs planning. Hardware matters when a clock stops — but it is not the common call, and a surprising number of clock problems are fixed remotely without the unit leaving the wall.
Reset Care
For workplaces that want it handled. Unlimited support from the technicians who know your system, and the only path to software updates and priority.
- Unlimited phone and online support, Monday to Friday, 9–5 AEST
- Remote assistance via Reset SOS — help starts almost instantly
- Annual System Health Check, on request at renewal
- Latest software versions acquired and set up as required — including new workstations and server moves
- Up to four operator training sessions a year, up to two hours each, online or by phone
- A dedicated consultant for payroll-related issues
- Clock configuration, diagnostics and connectivity support — remote resets and reconfiguration often fix a clock without it leaving the wall
- Priority access to the clock service and repair team, with loan clocks when available
Pay on Demand
Not on Reset Care? Casual support is available per incident — prepaid, one issue worked remotely through to resolution.
- One issue, worked remotely to resolution
- Scheduled around Reset Care members, who take priority
- Software updates, payroll export changes and training are Reset Care benefits rather than casual services
- Fixes already delivered in the current release are not available per incident — that is an update, and updates come with Reset Care
If you're calling more than once or twice a year, Reset Care is usually the better way — and it's the only path to updates and priority.
Repairs and on-site attendance are quoted separately. Reset Care membership gives you priority in the repair queue and a loan clock when one is available; parts and repair labour are quoted on the job. Support hours are 9–5 weekdays AEST, Victorian public holidays excepted.
