Reset SOS

Start a remote support session so a Reset technician can see your screen and fix the problem with you.

  1. Download and open the file Use the button above. The file downloads to your computer — open it once it finishes. Nothing is installed permanently.
  2. Run it If Windows asks whether to allow the program to run, choose yes. A small window opens showing a code.
  3. Read the 9-digit code to your technician Stay on the phone and read the code out. Your technician enters it at their end and the session starts. You can close the window at any time to end it.
No code yet? Call us first. Reset SOS only connects once a technician is on the line with you and has your code — downloading it on its own does not raise a support request.
