Discontinued — supported, but no longer repairable. Manufacturer parts for this model are no longer available. We keep the system running — software support, configuration and your attendance history — and when a unit finally fails we plan the replacement with you and migrate the data across: SYnergy A.

TA600 time clock — supported by Reset

The TA600 is the simplest terminal on the coverage list: swipe in, swipe out, poll to the software. It is on plenty of walls precisely because it never needed to do anything else.

  • Software support and polling help while the terminal keeps running
  • Best-effort hardware assistance — but manufacturer parts are no longer available
  • Configuration recovery on inherited systems
  • A planned replacement, with your employees and history migrated across

The unit

Where the TA600 fits

A basic card terminal with no transfers and no biometrics. For a single-shift workplace where everyone starts and finishes at the same doors, that was the right answer, and for some sites it still is.

Two things eventually force a change. Cards are a running cost and a running argument — they get lost, damaged and lent — and the reader head wears. When customers do move off the TA600, it is usually to be rid of cards rather than because the clock failed. A multi-site print business made exactly that move, upgrading off older swipe clocks to facial recognition once the cost of lost and damaged cards had added up.

What we still do

  • Keep the software side healthy — polling, pay rules and payroll exports
  • Supply replacement cards while the terminals are still running
  • Sort out polling and licence problems on inherited systems
  • Plan the move to a current terminal, and migrate employees and history

TA600 in one line: a card-based terminal — badge swipe, wired Ethernet, no wireless. Manufacturer parts are no longer available, so a failed unit is a replacement rather than a repair. The modern replacement reuses the existing wired network point, so there is usually no new cabling.
