Attendance, calculated — not counted up by hand
TA100 automates attendance tracking and the calculation of employee time and wages. The paper timesheet, the spreadsheet reconciliation and the missing-punch overpayment all go away together.

Administrators can rename key fields to your language, and the employee master record carries six customisable fields for whatever your workplace tracks that nobody else does.
Automation — the part that runs without you
TA100 polls the clocks on a schedule and generates reports on a schedule, emailing them to supervisors without an operator touching anything. For a workplace where the payroll officer is also three other jobs, that is usually the feature that pays for the system.

Excel and custom formats
Hours export to Excel for payrolls that live in a spreadsheet or go to a bureau. Building your own export format is included with a new system — columns, order and delimiters to your payroll's specification, defined once and run every pay period. And if you would rather we did it, we build exports to a customer's format as ordinary work.
Employee data imports the other way, so you are not typing the same names into two systems.

Lost your TA100 dealer?
We take over support for existing installations — licence transfers, version upgrades, configuration recovery and payroll re-mapping. You do not have to replace a working system to get it supported again.
It is routine work: the vendor wound down, the one person who understood the pay rules left, and nobody has the polling key or knows why Thursday nights calculate wrong. We reverse-engineer the configuration, document it properly, and hand it back working.
